CLEOPATRA - FOR WOMEN wax melt for wax warmers 1 x 20g
Description
Uncompromising, brilliantly intelligent, knowing very well how to get exactly what she wants. Cleopatra, the last queen of the Hellenistic Egypt, also known as the New Goddess, has always fascinated us. She remains one of the most frequently depicted rulers in both popular culture and art. Most of these depictions, however, revolve around the queen’s beauty, her erotic magnetism and turbulent romances with Julius Caesar and Mark Anthony.
The collection named FOR WOMEN narrates the story of Cleopatra from a different perspective, presenting a woman equally beautiful and strong, independent, incredibly witty and well-educated (after all, she spoke a dozen or so languages and was far more advanced at maths, philosophy or astronomy than most men around her). That’s why the intense, powerful fragrance of tobacco overpowering sweet, powdery notes is the first scent we can feel upon lighting up the candle.
Then, there’s a hypnotic aroma of violet, a flower symbolising desire and mystery, but also a way of thinking that’s free from social limitations. Later on, the base note is revealed; the scent of skin pulsating with warmth, powerfully sensual tonka bean and benzoin.
Using wax melts
To use wax melts, you need a wax warmer to heat it up. The wax is placed in heater's bowl and an unscented tea light is set underneath. As it heats up, the wax melts and becomes liquid. Remove wax from the bowl once the fragrance is gone. You can do it the “hot” way, so pour warm wax into a bowl with cold water or the “cold” way, gently pop the hardened wax out using a toothpick or place the warmer in a freezer for about 10 minutes. Once removed, you can easily discard the wax.
The time of heating up the wax depends on the selected tea light. I recommend choosing those that burn for about 3-4 hours. If you want to enjoy the beautiful fragrance again, just replace and lit up a new tea light.
Safety
A wax warmer should always be placed in a safe, temperature-resistant place. Keep it away from flammable materials such as furniture and curtains and sources of heat, such as radiators and TVs. It’s important to place the warmer away from drought and never leave the burning candle unattended. Remember that it is not recommended to move wax warmer when it’s being heated by a candle. To ensure safety, keep it out of the reach of children and animals.
