GOLDEN AMBER - THE WORLD wax melt for wax warmers 1 x 20g
Description
The gold of the north, Baltic gold or Slavic gold – that’s how ancient Romans called amber. The product was so valuable, that in fact there’s an entire trade route that owes its name to it. The route, called the Amber Road, stretches from the Mediterranean countries up to the Baltic Sea. This route had a decisive impact on the development of towns located along the merchants’ way. The travellers exchanged not only valuable goods; they also brought foreign customs and ideas to the new land. Thanks to that Europe could develop by drawing the best from various cultures. Amber itself was appreciated not only for its ornamental value. For centuries, it was believed to have powerful healing and magical properties. Up until now, amber is used as an ingredient of cosmetics and medications.
The GOLDEN AMBER candle refers to this heritage and reminds us about the treasure that amber is. First of all, however, it raises the topic of blending cultures that may be highly inspiring. The fragrance of the candle, therefore, comprises both scents characteristic for our geographical area, as well as oriental ones, creating a sensual, balsamic, musky combination.
GOLDEN AMBER is a sophisticated, intriguing proposition for those seeking an unusual, rich scent that fills the entire room adding warmth to it.
Using wax melts
To use wax melts, you need a wax warmer to heat it up. The wax is placed in heater's bowl and an unscented tea light is set underneath. As it heats up, the wax melts and becomes liquid. Remove wax from the bowl once the fragrance is gone. You can do it the “hot” way, so pour warm wax into a bowl with cold water or the “cold” way, gently pop the hardened wax out using a toothpick or place the warmer in a freezer for about 10 minutes. Once removed, you can easily discard the wax.
The time of heating up the wax depends on the selected tea light. I recommend choosing those that burn for about 3-4 hours. If you want to enjoy the beautiful fragrance again, just replace and lit up a new tea light.
Safety
A wax warmer should always be placed in a safe, temperature-resistant place. Keep it away from flammable materials such as furniture and curtains and sources of heat, such as radiators and TVs. It’s important to place the warmer away from drought and never leave the burning candle unattended. Remember that it is not recommended to move wax warmer when it’s being heated by a candle. To ensure safety, keep it out of the reach of children and animals.
